EVIDENCE USED IN EARTH RELIGION
CASES
Much useful evidence is
copyright; and most of it is not in digital form, so only a few items are posted on the
Web. Certified copies may be needed as evidence in court. The most commonly cited piece of
evidence used to establish Wicca as a religion, is the:
US Army Chaplain's Handbook:
Excerpt ON Wicca http://www.religioustolerance.org/wic_usbk.htm
However, plenty of additional
evidence exists. Dr. Frank Flinn pamphlet on the legal status of Wicca: http://inner-sanctum.com/amer/wicca.html
Referrals to other webpages
containing documents that have been used as evidence in legal cases involving Earth
Religions would be appreciated.
For a packet of hardcopy
versions of a packet of evidence, send $10 (to cover copying and postage) to Lady Allyn
l36 Prospect Avenue Middletown, New York, 10940 ladyallyn@hotmail.com (914) 343-2372. Lady
Allyn can also provide your attorney with specific information on how the evidence has
been used successfully in custody and job discrimination cases. However, the best evidence
is usually your evidence:
