Question:  "Separation between Church and State."  Who coined the Phrase?  Give up?  Answer:   Thomas Jefferson - one of the founding fathers of this great Nation and a creator of the U.S. Constitution and the First Amendment to that same Constitution.  Thomas Jefferson, in 1802, wrote a Letter to the Dansbury Baptist Convention, referring to the First Amendment to the US Constitution.  In it he said:

"Believing that religion is a matter which lies solely between man and his God, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legislative powers of government reach actions only, and not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their Legislature should 'make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,' thus building a wall of separation between Church and State."

We will leave it up to the reader to determine whether the Republican Party, Big Oil, and Dirty Coal have made serious errors in in judgment and are liars.  It is apparent from the data collected, that the first amendment may be in danger from their past and future actions.

Their offices like others we called, stated that their position is that Moslems, Hindus, Shintoists and Witches are not "Real" religions" and in fact are evil cults.  What is a real religion?   What they have been practicing?  Read the following and remember: "By their Works may they be known."  This is a summary of information collected from several sources.

(Remember it is best to investigate on your own when looking at allegations about anyone.     Don't believe us, think for yourself and investigate for yourself!  And remember, the First Amendment Coalition does not represent any political party nor do we recommend any political candidate, nor are we involving ourselves in the political process.  )

EXTREMIST (TEA PARTY) REPUBLICANS ARE THE ENEMY AND TRAITORS TO AMERICA by R. Blackbird

Extremist (Tea Party) Republicans are selfish, power hungry, hateful of the poor, disloyal to the nation and its people, dishonest, avaricious, scornful of the nation's history, the dignity of its institutions, its standards of political morality, and its vision of advancement for all the people. The Republicans love war as long as they and theirs do not have to put on helmets and carry guns into the fighting. They use lies to start wars that kill hundreds of thousands of innocents and thousands of our own military service people. They love massive war-time profits, unavailable to their rich masters if war is absent.

Those Extremist Republicans hate the rest of us, which they must, in order to pass away from themselves and onto us, the financial burdens and losses their crimes, schemes and thefts cause. They are prolific, incessant, and destructive liars. They are blasphemers for they insist that their hateful and destructive deeds are the work of God. They are apostates for they gleefully attack the poor, the immigrants, the old and the sick, of whom God has commanded all of us to be mindful.

There is no reasoning with them, for all their logic is built on false premises. There is no appealing to them for honor's sake for they have lost all sense of shame and have no honor, there is no appealing to them for the nation's sake for that it what they hate the most.

Extremist (Tea Party) Republicans are the enemy.

Leaked memo: Big Oil manufacturing ‘Energy Citizen’ rallies to oppose clean energy reform.

The American oil industry, working with a coalition of business interests, plans to manufacture rallies in opposition to clean energy reform, an internal document reveals. According to the plan acquired by Greenpeace, the American Petroleum Institute (API) will “coordinate transportation” for oil industry employees to “Energy Citizen” rallies targeting U.S. Senators in 21 states. The document’s author, API president Leo Gerard, discusses how it is “important that our views” supplant “constituents’ views”:

The objective of these rallies is to put a human face on the impacts of unsound energy policy and to aim a loud message at those states’ U.S. Senators to avoid the mistakes embodied in the House climate bill and the Obama Administration’s tax increases on our industry. Senate Majority Leader Senator Harry Reid reportedly has pushed back consideration of climate legislation to late September to allow Senators time to get their constituents’ views during the August recess. It’s important that our views be heard.

API’s membership, which includes ExxonMobil, GE, and Halliburton, will join “allies from a broad range of interests: the Chamber of Commerce and National Association of Manufacturing, the trucking industry, the agricultural sector, small business, and many others” to create these Astroturf rallies to protect their dirty energy profits at the expense of the planet.

Dirty Coal Group Joining Teabagger Effort To Disrupt Town Hall Meetings

ACCCE clean coal pyramid

The coal industry lobbying outfit now mired in a forgery scandal is planning to plant questioners at “town hall meetings” and “lawmakers’ offices,” Politico reports. The American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity (ACCCE), despite the revelation it was responsible for forged “grassroots” letters to members of the House of Representatives attacking the American Clean Energy and Security Act, is pressing forward with an aggressive Astroturfing campaign going after U.S. Senators, who are now considering the legislation:

The coalition also plans to deploy teams to question senators at town hall meetings, advertise at state fairs and other summer events and visit lawmakers’ offices back home.

ACCCE’s campaign, representing coal interests from General Electric to Peabody Energy, requires the efforts of multiple Astroturfing companies, including primary contractor Hawthorn Group, as well as known fraud shop Bonner & Associates, and marketing firm R & R Partners.

The “ACCCE Army” will be joining right-wing Astroturf efforts funded by the oil and gas industry to disrupt Congressional town hall meetings across the nation. Americans for Prosperity and FreedomWorks, both bankrolled by oil and gas giant Koch Industries, are orchestrating the “tea party protests” and have hired dozens of field staff to spread misinformation about clean energy and health care reform. Yesterday, FreedomWorks released its “August Action Recess Packet” for disrupting town hall meetings:

It is essential that we don’t let the pressure up. While Senators and Representatives are home for their August recess they need to hear from you, regardless of party. Many hold town hall meetings that are open to the public, check our map to see if there is one nearby and take our questions to ask them on the record whether they can risk losing even more jobs under Cap and Trade or if they plan on raising taxes for government run health care. In addition to attending town hall meetings, please call and visit district offices asking the same questions.

As Media Matters Action explains, the FreedomWorks energy talking points are just as fraudulent as ACCCE’s “clean coal” campaign.

Teabaggers Protest Clean Energy Summit: ‘Say No To Crap And Trade’

The National Clean Energy Summit, held yesterday at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, attracted about 50 local right-wing protesters who argued that President Barack Obama’s clean energy agenda is intended to destroy capitalism. Significantly outnumbered by supporters of energy reform, the protesters argued that global warming is a “hoax,” worried that limits on carbon pollution will “dismantle capitalism” and lead to “socialism,” and questioned both Obama’s loyalties and citizenship. Watch a compilation:

The teabagger arguments mirrored those by elected conservative politicians and right-wing media. One interviewee accepted that global warming pollution should be limited, but believed a cap-and-trade system would be an economy-crippling energy tax. On the farthest extreme, some believed that President Obama is an “Anti-American Arab” who “is not a natural-born citizen.” Most people the Wonk Room interviewed, however, said that global warming is a hoax for Al Gore’s profit, that Obama is a man of divided loyalties and questionable associations, and that the country is headed toward socialist decline. Most of the protesters were motivated by a strong animus toward the president. Dozens of the teabaggers displayed the “Obama Joker” poster with the headline “Fascism.”

Meanwhile, inside the Cox Pavilion, America’s political and economic leaders made the case that economic recovery for the nation lies in clean energy. The second annual National Clean Energy Summit, organized by Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV), the Center for American Progress Action Fund, and the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, convened Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Obama cabinet secretaries Steven Chu and Hilda Solis, and numerous other influential politicians and energy executives. They agreed that the federal government needs to establish a regulatory framework for energy — including a mandatory limit on carbon pollution and standards for energy efficiency — to end our dependence on fossil fuels, tackle the threat of global warming, and unlock the potential of a green economy.

The conspiracy-minded protesters — organized by the Nevada Patriots activist group and promoted by the Clark County Republican Party — are understandably fearful of change in these harsh economic times. However, instead of joining most Americans in recognizing that our economic ills are tied to our dependence on polluting energy, they have found a home in the conspiracies pumped by the oil-backed right-wing machine.
